GM Ian Rogers to visit Blayney

Blayney Chess Club has been extremely fortunate to have Grandmaster Ian Rogers agree to give a lecture and simultaneous exhibitions on December 16th at our club.

Grandmaster Rogers is Australia's first ever home grown Grandmaster, and has been Australia's Nr 1 rated player for over a quarter of a century. Ian has won tournaments the world over, having visited over 70 countries in his career. He has represented Australia at 14 Olympiads. He is held in the highest esteem by acclaimed judges as one of the best annotators and commentators on the game of chess.
