A number followed by 'g' indicates that the player needs to play that nr of rated games to establish an initial rating. Jun '08 Garry continues upward though the rate of acceleration slowed a little, Fritz suffered a horror tournament at the Sydney International Open and shed many points. Everyone else is maintaining a relatively stable position, may be something to do with increasing maturity! Mick Hendricks should have a rating in the next list, it will be interesting to see where he stands according to the number counters. Remember, that chess should be about playing chess, not a numbers game. |
